Kama hii NMS, last year walipewa 27b, no government official saw it wrong actually everyone was praising it. ,jana tu NMS was allocated 27b. The implication of the illegality will be far reaching from work contracts to business contracts , either we have a very dump parliament or simply they don't care, which brings me up to the sorry state of leadership in Kenya.
