That's what people forget when they selfishly refuse to wear masks and follow the Covid rules.
It might not be the covid that gets you, it could be the lack of a bed in an overwhelmed hospital that kills you because you couldn't get attended to for a heart attack.

Wearing a mask reduces the spread of the virus which keeps people away from hospital which might be the difference between life and death in case of an emergency.

Why people can't get that is beyond my comprehension.

There's nothing in this clip to indicate negligence on the part of the hospital or its staff. If the medical staff checked the patient and found him dead, what were they supposed to do? When a person dies body temperature doesn't 'evaporate" instataneously. It takes hours for rigour mortis to set in.

What's more, you can't condemn a hospital on the basis of a clip posted by an emotional son who has just lost his father. It is very subjective.

Lastly, Kenyan bonobos must realise we are in era of Covid. Most hospitals don't have ICU space so even if this man was alive the best was to refer him elsewhere.

Exactly, transgender. Kenyans are a special kind of stupid. Unaona huyu kijana analilia hapo? Jana he prolly wasn't wearing a mask coz he knows he is not in the risk group to die.
