It is a bylaw of kanju that you must clean your space. It is patriotic to clean beyond your space. That is pretty little a debt that we could owe to ourselves na njiaro ciitů!
Business owners are the biggest culprits. If everyone could just clean their front spaces, littering would not be a big problem.
So, hawker akuje kuuza sukuma in front of my shop, thereby blocking my customers, aaache uchafu hapo niisafishe kesho yake?
If the Major General wants to restore sanity in Nairobi, let him deal with littering, matatus, chokoras and hawkers. Otherwise am not cleaning after anyone's mess.

Everything went south when garbage collection services became an afterthought and eventually became nonexistent, sometimes while walking around the CBD you have to hold on to trash because the bins are either full, too few in between the streets or damaged by rust, how will people not litter?

The first step in this journey has got to be serious investment by counties in providing garbage bins all over the city and affordable and reliable garbage collection services, then we can have monthly cleanups, tree planting and such environmental friendly activities.

You are the first people to complain ati the town is dirty etc, then tukiambiwa we participate in making it clean you resist. This move will restore sanity and pipo will stop kutupa taka ovyo kwa barabara
If I pay my mboch to clean my house, I don't need to clean it myself. Kanjo is our mboch, and rates and licences fees are the pay. We can't pay and work at the same time.
