POLICE ARREST businessmen Robert Obodo and Chris Obure over the shooting death of Kevin Omwenga last night in Kilimani.

Obfuscation begins here:

"The gun was found in a safe. And we have since established it belongs to another man, a licensed firearm holder,” a detective privy to the ongoing investigations told Capital FM News.

Youth wanang'ang'ana kucheza premier league kama Oga Hushpuppi. In the end tamaa inawaua just like the guy.

An Oga friend tells me Hushpuppi had enough money to last a lifetime but tamaa ya kuongeza juu ya ingine did him in. The story is, there were other cons who were looking for an account to defraud $35m from a company and they came to him. Akasema cut ya kutumia a/c yake ni $5m. They agreed. Once the money was deposited, akarevise deal. 50-50. The other party protested but wakakubali tu coz there was no otherwise. Mwishowe Hushpuppi akawatumia $1m. Wakasema ikue ikue, kufa makanga kufa dereva. They turned FBI informants.

This is not the first time that Chris Obure has been arrested over an incident involving guns.
Four years ago, he was alleged to have caused chaos at a Nairobi nightclub by using his licensed firearm to intimidate revelers.

From the cctv footage of those apartments, he's not among those people seen entering the deseased apartment, the best the prosecution can do is to treat him as prosecution witnesses just like that case of jowie where one kasaine who was the owner of that gun was lined up by the prosecution.
